4-6 chicken legs 1/3 cup CM Sunflower Oil ½ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce. Mix sunflower oil with Franks Red Hot and pour into gallon size Ziploc bag. Marinate the chicken legs for 12-24 hours, flipping bag or mixing every 4 hours. Grill/Bake/Fry until cooked thoroughly.

1 lbs okra 2 Tbsp CM sunflower oil salt & pepper, garlic powder. Preheat oven to 450. Wash and dry okra. Chop and toss with Sun Oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Spread onto baking sheet. Bake 25 mins. Stir mix ½ way through baking time. Serve….Yum!
